Called Maxinetti. They are claiming that the customers don't have to pay the TV tax unless the customers actually use the PCTV service, and that Viestintävirasto has told them so.
I don't believe them. Asked Viestintävirasto, am waiting for their response.
If (and, so far, it's an "if") Maxinetti is lying, I really want to make them compensate their customers for this. Not just myself, but everybody who has to change their ISP because of this.
