Aggressive recruiting

According to Lenta.ru, Ramzan Kadyrov, deputy prime minister of the Chechen government, said that the authorities did not mean to kill Maskhadov, but just wanted to catch him and offer him a position in security forces. Now that's what I call aggressive recruiting. Hope it doesn't catch on in IT field.
